Spring is here (or more like manic summer and spring combination in Sydney). It’s time to try some recipes suited for the warmer months.
This month, Tefal sent me a cooking challenge to come up with recipes based on the list of ingredients they sent me. To be honest, I may have leaned more towards the ones I wanted to do. I ticked off most of the ingredients on the list and then added some of my own.
First off, there’s the homemade Guacamole with all natural ingredients. It was so easy to make and very quick too. You can choose how creamy you want it or add as much spice into it as you like. I added some Tabasco but not too much. Not a lot of people in the house like it as spicy as I do.
Next is the White Chocolate Blondies with Red Berries. Mine didn’t turn out as blonde as I wanted because I used fresh raspberries and they disintegrated when I mixed them all up, turning blonde to brunette. Doesn’t matter. It was still super yummy and became a good midnight snack.
Finally, there’s the Lamb with Spring Vegetables. I would have taken a better photo of this but I was totally hungry and I didn’t realise I didn’t take a photo until I was already sitting, hungry as a bear out of hibernation. The photo may not be as good but it was yummy.
What are your favourite spring recipes?
